Additional Information:

50% Deposit required when booking.
All fishing trips require a 10-day cancelation notice in order to have your deposit returned. Trips may be canceled if the weather is not permitting, in this case, we will return your deposit if we are unable to reschedule the trip to fit your schedule. Weather cancellations are made solely by the discretion of the Captain.
Pricing does not include an optional gratuity for the crew (customarily 15-20%).
Loss of rod/reel will result in an additional charge.
You do not need a fishing license to be on our fishing charter.
Any violent or threatening behavior towards the Captain or crew will result in automatic trip termination without refund.
Coast Guard regulations, Absolutely NO Drugs Permitted Aboard Any Vessel.
We do have a private head (marine toilet) on board.
No work boots or black-soled shoes allowed – sneakers, deck shoes, flip flops, etc only.
We provide soft drinks and bottled water, and a reasonable amount of BYOB is permitted.

   Awesome times fishing with Capt Jay and Captain Tayler. Jay grew up fishing the waters off Newport RI and definitely knows where the fish are hiding. His body is spacious and Flys to the fishing grounds. You will not be disappointed.

   Had a fantastic time. By far the best fishing charter I have been on in 30 years. Boat is newer and clean. Very accommodating for the ladies as well.    We had an amazing time with captain Taylor last week. It was everything we wanted out of a fishing charter. The boat was clean,  they had the best gear,  captain Taylor was super friendly and knowledgeable about both fishing and the Newport area. He told us some great local restaurants for after the trip, and we caught a bunch of fish! What more could you ask for?

   If you’re looking for a fun day on the water, whether it be a family trip, guy trip, or ladies trip, the crew of the cool change will make sure your day is memorable. I’ve been fishing and boating with them for a number of years now and from Cape Cod to Montauk, they’ve always done well and managed to keep their sports on fish with rods bent.
